Underbelly Boulevard Soho is a 250 capacity theatre on Walker's Court, between Berwick Street and Brewer Street. The room is a 11.5 metre square auditorium, 5.1 metres to the grid and 2.1 metres under the balcony, built around a fully automated revolve that lets the same space run end on, in the round, traverse or as a runway. Seated configurations run to 213 end on, 220 on the runway, 212 in the round and 160 traverse, with 98 at cabaret tables plus 54 on the balcony. The building has been a theatre for most of its life. It opened as a sister venue to the Raymond Revuebar in the 1950s, became the Boulevard Theatre in the 1970s, closed in 1993, and was restored and reopened in 2019 before taking its present name in October 2023. Behind the auditorium there is a soundproofed rehearsal studio of 8.9 by 5.4 metres, mirrored and with a PA, three dressing rooms, a kitchen and a laundry. Lighting is an ETC Ion desk with Ayrton moving heads and programmable LED strips built into the room. Access to the second floor auditorium is by goods lift, 1.05 by 2 metres and up to 1800kg, so kit has to fit the lift.
